Innovative Features

This model boasts a unique RS232 data transfer port, specifically designed to connect with the VINCA DTCR-03 Cable (sold separately). It's important to note that a regular USB cable cannot be used for connection. With the option to purchase models DCLA-0605C, DCLA-0805C, and DCLA-1205C, NIST Traceable Calibration Certificates are available for those who require them, although this feature is not included with the other models.

Our digital calipers are available in various measuring ranges: 0-4 inch (100mm), 0-6 inch (150mm), 0-8 inch (200mm), 0-12 inch (300mm), and 0-24 inch (600mm). The models feature sizable LCD screens with different measurement displays, including:

• Large 13mm x 38mm LCD screen for Inch/Metric/Fractions conversion (for 6", 8", and 12" calipers)
• 10mm x 30mm LCD screen specifically for Inch/Metric conversion (for the 4" model)
• A 0.5"x1.5" large LCD screen for Inch/Metric conversion (at 24")

Measurement capabilities include up to 1/128" fractional display for models 6", 8", and 12", while the accuracy levels are as follows:

• ±0.001"/0.03mm for the 4", 6", and 8" models
• ±0.0015"/0.04mm for the 12" model
• ±0.0027"/0.07mm for the 24" model

Additionally, our calipers feature outstanding resolution of 0.0005"/0.01mm and repeatability of 0.0005"/0.01mm, along with both fractional/mm/inch conversions for the 6", 8", and 12" models, and mm/inch conversion for the 4" and 24" models.

Important Tips

When using your digital caliper, please remember that the scale printed on the body is for decorative purposes only. Always read measurements from the digital display to ensure accuracy. During assembly, make sure that the ZERO line on the printed scale does not align with the JAW line but instead is positioned slightly to the left under the black plastic vernier cover.

For optimal performance, the thumb wheel is designed to remain loose, allowing it to hang on the plastic hook when not in use, thus reducing friction and improving movement. When adjustment is needed, simply push the wheel towards the beam and move it back and forth.

If you notice flashing or jumping numbers on the display, it’s likely due to a low battery. In such cases, please replace the old battery with a new one for restored functionality.
