Comparison and Indirect Tests

Comparison Test 1:
To compare sizes, clamp item A with the caliper, press the reset button to set it to zero, and then measure item B to determine the size difference between the two.

Comparison Test 2:
For measuring the internal dimensions, ensure the inner test surface of the caliper fits around item A, reset to zero, then measure item B to find out the size difference.

Indirect Test 1:
Clamp item A and reset the caliper to zero before measuring item B. This will give you the dimensions of item C (note: please disregard any null values).

Indirect Test 2:
For measuring distances, place the inner test surfaces of the caliper on item A. Reset to zero, test item B, and you can measure the center-to-center distance between two holes of the same diameter, yielding the size of item C.
