To switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit, use a tweezer to disconnect the tiny jumper cap located on the back of the unit. The recommended mounting size is 1.8" x 1.0" x 0.6". Although the probe is waterproof, the main unit is not. Avoid immersion in any corrosive liquids.
